This Website provides content and information about the Company’s products and services. The Website’s content is presented for informative purposes only. We are not responsible for the content provided by other sites to which we may link. We also collect information when you fill in a form.

We’re going to tell you about the usage of this website and how we use your personal information. That’s any information that identifies you personally like your name, your contact details, or anything that can be linked this kind of information to identify you.

What personal information do we collect about you?

We only collect and process the information you give us.

You can submit an inquiry through our online contact forms or by emailing us. When you contact us through the contact form, you will be asked to provide information such as your name, company, email address, telephone, and the content of your message.

The legal basis for collecting and processing your Inquiry Information is our legitimate business interests in responding to your inquiry and developing our customer leads.

You are not legally obligated to provide any of the above mentioned information; however, if you choose not to provide this information we may not be able to respond to your inquiry. It makes sense…

How do we use your personal information?

1. To respond to and handle your inquiry. We will use your Inquiry Information to contact you about your inquiry and handle and respond to your inquiry.

2. To provide you with important updates about our services, events or relevant information. We don’t have a newsletter or won’t spam you with stuff to read or download (unless we consider it’s really relevant or important that you know).

3. To enforce this Policy and comply with applicable law and judicial orders. We will use the information we collect to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, assist in a business structure change, enforce this Policy and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.

What happens when you ask us to stop processing your information?

If you ever ask us to stop using your personal information or tell us you don’t want to talk to us any more, then we’ll take you off our list immediately.

But we won’t feel happy about it.

How long do we keep your personal information?

We don’t have an official ‘expiry date’ on your personal information. If we do remove some of your personal information, it’s in the interest of cleaning up our database to keep track of whether, for instance, your data is no longer valid.

Who do we share your personal information with?

We only share your personal information with third-party data processors (like our email service provider) so we can use their technology to understand our wider audience and send you content.

GDPR says we need to make sure these third-party data processors also comply with its mandates. But just so you know, this doesn’t mean we’re calling Google and telling them to comply.

What it means is that we only work with companies we trust. We don’t like black hat stuff, we don’t like dodgy vendors and we don’t like not knowing how their tech works.

Do we make automated decisions concerning you?

If you’re thinking about stuff like automating the ‘Dear [Name]’ field in emails, then yes. We could do that, though we almost don´t.

Do we use Cookies?

Yes, but we collect only necessary information that enable core functionality, like the ones used to log in WordPress or to play the podcast videos on the hosting platform. We don’t use other cookies, at least consciously; though we like eating them (the chocolate ones).

Do we transfer your personal information to other countries?

We might do, but to the European Union, where we have our hosting and sevice providers, and only for that reason.

What are your rights?

You have certain rights to access, update or delete information, obtain a copy of your information, and object or restrict certain data processing activities.

If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello @ naturally.marketing

We reserve the right to ask for reasonable evidence to verify your identity before we provide you with information. Where we are not able to provide you the information that you have asked for, we will explain the reason for this.
